      Your room lighting, heating and exhaust fan needs can be solved with one compact bathroom fan. The Broan 110HFL has a quiet operation 2.0 Sone, 100 CFM exhaust ventilation room fan. Which will heat and exhaust a 100 square foot bathroom. 

      With this fan you can put soothing heat exactly where you want it. With Broan’s exclusive directional dial, you direct where it goes over a full 360°. Its 1500 watt 120 volt space heater gives you the freedom to control where you would like the heat. No other fan gives you this most heating control. Just turn the rotatable heater grille in the direction where needed.

This model comes in to styles of room lights. The 110 HL comes with a bright incandescent 100 watt bulb A19 lamp. Or the 110HFL Energy efficient fluorescent 27 watt bulb GU24 lamp. This model is Title 24 certified in the California Energy Efficiency standards. Changing the bulb is quick and simply, just pull down on the snap-in light diffusing lens and you done. This fan must be mounted on a flat ceiling that's no higher than 9 feet high. And do not mount on wall or angled ceiling.  When you pull your wiring make sure you have a dedicated 20 amp circuit. It comes with hanger bars that allow housing to positioned anywhere between 16" and 24" on center joist. Its also suitable for use in insulated ceilings Type I.C.
